Expertly and aesthetically orchestrating and integrating the engineering, interior architecture, environmental conditions, landscape design, and construction/trades, requires training, experience and finesse. 

As a job captain I bring the expertise derived from having decades on the job. I have the trade proficiencies to command subcontractor respect. My current home I built almost single-handed. These abilities keep the workers honest. More importantly - an advanced construction understanding greatly informs the design - particularly when designing and building at the coast - a specialty.

As well as being a hands-on builder for decades I have accumulated many academic milestones: both a Bachelors and Masters of Architecture, extensive engineering coursework, numerous concentration certificates in HVAC engineering, energy efficiency, facilities management, solar energy and sustainable systems. I am a licensed Architect, General & Electrical Contractor.
